We accept payment in UK Pounds with secure online payment with
Paypal with the following credit and debit cards. Visa,
Delta,Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron, American Express and
Solo. If you live in the UK you may pay by cheque or
by postal order payable to Nicholas Knapp.
We also accept Cash in UK Pounds sent to us by recorded delivery.
Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear if this
is your choice of payment.

long will it take you to process my order?
No more than 24 hours and often the same day as I receive it.
How
do you send prints?
In a strong cardboard tube and we GUARANTEE your order will arrive
in perfect condition.
To protect the print/s each one is also carefully wrapped with tissue
paper to to protect from dust and creasing. All UK orders are sent
by First Class Delivery.
Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail International/Europe.
How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK orders should arrive within 5 days after posting. Overseas orders
normally take no more than 10 days to reach anywhere in the world.
Is
shipping an order overseas a problem for you?
Not in the slightest – We do it virtually all the time.

Could you ship a print for me directly to a friend or loved
one as a present?
Absolutely. Just let us know what you would like done and we will
do my best to make you both happy!
Do you frame prints?
Due to the fragility of a framed print we regret we are unable to
offer this service. Most framers would be able to frame your print(s)
within seven days. Much will depend on your choice of mountboard
and frame.
Can I commission an Original Profile Illustration of my
favourite Aircraft?

Professional photographic paper, which both produce prints that
are guaranteed fade resistant for 150 years! Fuji boasts their paper
gives improved whiteness, combined with excellent highlight and
shadow depth qualities, making it a great choice. Our Prints are
printed with Polielectronica Laserlab. This is a world–class
laser-based photographic device, which prints onto FujiFilm Professional
digital photographic paper at 254 DPI.
